Time for another Easter design.
- Apply base coat
- Use a nice black nail polish. My choice here is OPI Black Onyx and wait to dry.
- Make sure the black coat is dry then add a gorgeous glitter. I've used China Glaze Prismatic Chroma Optical Illusion. The picture doesn't do justice to this very gorgeous holographic glitter.
- On one nail on each hand just use the glitter on the tip.
- Apply top
- Add decoration or design of choice on the black part of the nail.
