How sweet is this, beautiful soft base with purple and pink "bubbles"!
- Apply base coat
- For the base color I chose China Glaze Light as Air
- When dry apply circles using Konad Image Plate 85 and special polish Light Gray
- Using the same Image plate and special Magenta polish apply a second set of rings
- Apply top coat
