Felt the need for a funky sparkly design and what better than combining a Layla Holographic Polish with a awesome Konad design.
- Apply Base Coat
- For the base color I choose Layla Hologram Effect Ultra Violet.
- I used one of my favorite designs from Konad Image Plate 70 combined with Psyche Pink Konad Polish.
- Apply Top Coat.
