It may be the middle of winter but there's nothing like a gorgeous spring design to brighten things up on a dreary day!
- Apply base coat
- For my base color I selected a very delicate sparkly silver, China Glaze The Ten Man
- For the design I used Konad Image Plate 63 with special polish Pale Yellow
- Apply top coat
